The first result of the project will be the „Green Three Seas for Youth” strategy, which will consist of four chapters: Green Job Market, Just Transition, Inclusive Climate Policies, and Ecological Education. The strategy aims to gather the demands and recommendations of young people from industrial regions that will be deeply affected by the reforms of the European Green Deal and involve them in the transformation process.

„Building a strong partnership between organizations and institutions for the climate will contribute to increasing the potential of the Initiative by raising social capital within participating organizations, associated partners, and third parties who will be impacted by the project through dissemination events and social campaigns.”

The second result will be workshop scenarios on green skills and job opportunities, and the third will be a large-scale informational campaign promoting both the European Green Deal and the „Green Three Seas for Youth” strategy. They will focus on developing green competencies among young people, such as renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and circular economy, among others. The aim is to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to adapt to the changing labor market and to become active agents of the ecological transition.

The third result – informational campaign will have a wide reach, aiming to promote the European Green Deal and the „Green Three Seas for Youth” strategy among different stakeholders, including young people, policymakers, businesses, and civil society organizations. The campaign will use various communication channels, such as social media, videos, podcasts, and events, to raise awareness and engage people in the discussion about the ecological transition and its social and economic implications. The goal is to create a sense of ownership and responsibility among young people and other stakeholders, fostering a collective effort towards a more sustainable and equitable future.
